Arrest Records in Titus County
A Titus County arrest can produce several official records. Those products should not be merged. The $5 local check requires a notarized form, a copy of government identification, and payment by check or money order. It is not a daily arrest log, not a booking sheet, and not the statewide DPS history. For an incident or arrest report, describe the exact record instead.

The form's field set rewards a narrow request. Include names, dates, times, location, and report number if known rather than asking the city to create a broad new compilation.

MPPD lists standard paper copies at $0.10 per page, a CD at $1, and a DVD at $3. Mail requests use the printable form and a self-addressed stamped envelope. The city may seek a Texas Attorney General ruling for an open file. Its ten-business-day period concerns the request for that ruling, not a promise that every Titus County arrest report will arrive within ten days.
