Its role is to identify Titus County custodians, including Sheriff Records and the courts, along with Texas DPS and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Public access to government material is governed in part by the Texas Public Information Act, while criminal-history dissemination follows Government Code Chapter 411.
